Single Manager Hedge Fund Strategies

Silver Q Partners represents a select group of hedge fund investment managers with a diverse range of alternative strategies. These strategies encompass different risk/reward profiles and performance objectives, but all have something that sets them apart from their peers. On an ongoing basis, we screen and evaluate many hedge fund strategies in an effort to uncover unique investment products that may provide, at a minimum, absolute return and diversification benefits. Like our investors, our comprehensive evaluation process incorporates extensive due diligence, including visiting the managers’ offices and key team members.

Analytical and quantitative reviews are used to evaluate managers; to determine their competitive advantage over their peer group and their correlation to a broad array of indices. The experience, talent, and integrity of the portfolio management team, as well as their acumen for building an enduring business, are essential parts of our due diligence undertaking.

Our experience has taught us that we can only be successful in raising assets for our investment managers if we maintain constant communication and a strong working partnership with the managers we represent. Our joint success is best achieved when we can efficiently utilize the time of potential investors and our investment managers.

Multi-Advisor/Fund of Fund Strategies

On a limited basis, Silver Q Partners works with multi-advisor alternative investment strategies for accredited investors and non-profits. We use a process similar to our single manager analytical and quantitative review to find managers with a multi-year track record of effective allocation.
